How can I check the expiration date?
The expiration date for the product can be found on the label below.
When can I receive the goods after the shipment is completed?
* If payment is completed before 2 pm, it will be shipped the same day.
* After 2pm on Fridays and when the legal holiday is paid: Courier will be sent out on weekdays.
* It will be delivered within 1 to 3 days from the date of shipment and courier shipment.
* Special areas (Mt. Doseo, Jeju Island, military units, etc.) and Golden Holidays may be included, or some may be due to congestion due to discount events or courier service.
How do I exchange or return?
You can apply within 7 days of receiving your package.
In case of application for exchange / return due to simple change of mind and error, the shipping fee is paid by the customer.
Shipping charges are free for replacement / return applications due to defective items or misdelivery.
Customers who wish to exchange / return can request for exchange or return through the (COMMUNITY> CS CENTER) inquiry.
Within 2 to 3 days after requesting an exchange / return, the product will be picked up at a Dear Lab Mall designated courier.
If you return the exchange / return arbitrarily without a procedure, the exchange / return may be delayed or you may not be able to exchange / return it.
